Looking for Duo - Silver I to Gold V Promos

Hello, I'm 1 win and 2 losses into my promos to Gold V. I've been in these promos 4 times already, I win all the way up to promos rather easily on a win streak every now and again, then the second I hit promos every time, without fail, I get the WORST luck, team mates afk for the first 10 minutes of games, they run into suicides, disregard advice and pings, and just seem to do everything to keep themselves (and me) from winning the game, despite my attempts to keep the morale up and trying to sort of direct them to victory from our deficit. Some team mates just leave the game and cry at the slightest bit of constructive feedback, here is an example: "Hey man, maybe don't run into their team when we pinged there, and had no vision, k? We can win this easy" their response? "F%#K YOU I'm AFK" wahh wahh wahh, like even if we're winning team mates seem to cry and leave games when they are told to avoid doing certain things to help us win. I even try to console feeding team mates telling them it's fine, just play safer and it's not a problem, you can do it, so on, but it doesn't matter, it also doesn't seem to matter that I do well all of these games too.

SO, I am asking for a highly skilled individual to duo queue with, for a guaranteed 2 game win in a row, because quite frankly I feel like I'm entitled to the victorious rewards, that's a strong word, but I've worked my butt off all season, and try to carry every game and keep positivity and morale up, trying to cheer up my team mates and go for the gold, but the league community (or at least randoms in ranked) love to make this difficult on me, and themselves, I have NO IDEA why people are so quick to throw games and leave games and give themselves a loss so easily, if you don't care about winning, don't play the game, it's very simple, but time and time again, people just do the most counter to common sense plays you can think of, and they make you just sit there in awe thinking "what... why did... HUH?".

TLDR: Won 1 promo, lost 2, need 2 guaranteed (or semi guaranteed) wins in a row to get to gold and get the victorious rewards I've worked my butt off for.
