Silver III Looking for team, wanting Long term investment

Hello, I am a silver III player that performs best in Top or Mid lane though I am eagerly learning Jungle. I am looking for a team ( I do not care what the rank is) that i can join and grow with through all of next season. I am currently in a slump but I honestly believe that is because i have recently expanded my champion pool (I own 68 champions). I am a full time student with a part time job though i have plenty of free time on Monday's, Saturday nights and Sundays. I have no problem learning and adapting to a team.
