Looking for casual ranked 3s team (NA) (Silver-gold)

I wanna start playing ranked 3s, been spamming it a lot lately. Pretty fun. I mainly play champions that fall into the current mid lane meta for SR, but i can adapt to play most anything. Im unranked because i never play SR, but imho im probably low-mid silver level, sometimes i have streaks of better play. IGN is El Perico on NA.
