New ranked team, looking for members

Hello I'm a mid laner ( Rookie I guess you can say) looking for players are willing to actually become a member of a ranked team. I have made a ranked team before and all of the people who joined, well, I never heard from them. They never were all on at once, and it was a mess. If you have skype or any other suggestion for communications that would be really useful as well. I'm looking for dedicated people. I've been looking to play on a team for a couple years now and have tried out with a few so far this offseason and they seem to fall apart because no one else is ever on.

I can stay quiet at the time and most of the time i never argue back so i take criticism pretty easy. (I PLAY EVERYDAY) Practice is no big deal for me, after one lost, i just want to continue playing to improve not drown in defeats lol. When I open up a little somtimes i become a little bit too troll but nothing too serious

I put in 14+hours of league a week and try to play every day. I ave a big champ pool, and I served as a remote analyst for a diamond team once. MY Diamond freinds Say I deserver diamond. At first I didnt believe them. I failed my promos for since season and was placed in bronze 4. I was so demotivated to play ranked but my Diamond 5-3 Freinds irigmez said I should. In about 3 months time I went form Bronze 4 to Gold 2 With releative ease. Next season I shoot for Diamond, and Ranked teams will help inprove my mid-late game macro and micro play in order to grow as an individual PLayer
