Creating a casual ranked team, must be age 18+

Ok, so I'm just looking for a team that can play casually on weeknights after work. I'm sick and tired of the solo queue mentality and lack of teamwork. I do request that you be ranked at least gold or high silver from LAST SEASON. I'm not counting your current ranking since I just got trolled hard myself and got landed in B2 despite being G5 last week.

Need to have some sort of voice chat, the curse client is preferred but skype is ok.

The focus of this team is to improve and and rotate around as a unit; the "stay in my lane and farm" model is not what I'm going for. I don't expect us to be fabulous right off the bat but I do expect willingness to improve as a player/team.
