Esports Org looking to form an all female team

What we are looking to accomplish next is to break the mold of the gaming community by promoting equality among genders. The anti-female behavior is very apparent in gaming and we would like to help bring an end to that. We want to accomplish this with an all female LoL team. We do fund tournament entries and can assist in travel fees. As well as have our own teamspeak server, Twitch, YouTube, and Twitter. Here are the requirements if you are interested: Be female (of course), be platinum 3 or better, be serious about competition and progressing your career forward!
