Making my own (Bronze) ranked team, wanna join?

So, I just wanna play some ranked with some other fun, yet serious players. I'm not the most serious person in the world, and I can take some criticism. I'm looking for 4 other players that are looking to improve (alongside myself) while playing the game. I Tend to play support or top tanks, my strong areas being CC and peeling. I wouldn't say that I'm BAD at any roles, but my weakest role is definitely Mid. If you want to join, I'll be pretty much accepting the first 4 people to ask, and adding them in game immediately.

When posting to join, please post in a template like so:

IGN: XenoVelocidactyl Favorite Rolls: Top, Support, Jungle, Adc, Mid (In order of like MOST to LEAST) Strong points: Good communication, team fighting skills, easy to get along with, and knowledgeable about every lane, and almost every champ (several year vet of League, and have played every champ at least once. Own them all, too). Weaknesses: Fairly poor 1v1 laning, especially if I have no escapes. Example: Just played a norms as Victor that I absolutely could not get a kill, let alone carry the team. Didn't play safe enough to compensate Victors weaknesses, and 2 early deaths lead to the other mid snowballing into end game. Rank: I'm currently Bronze 1, last season was mid-high Silver. Have only played something like 40 ranked matches over this season. Obviously looking to play more. (This is optional. I know a lot of really good Bronze players that have never gotten out of it, so if you feel like less of a player because you're bronze, please don't.) Questions: Whatever you feel like asking.

If possible, I wanna get some practice games in tonight, to get a feel for my new comrades. Curse is preferred, I like having a tightly knit team. **Thank you **for your interest! I'm hoping to play with you soon!

IGN: bigjoeman Favorite Roles: Jungle-Mid (tie), Top, Adc-Support (tie) Strong points: Warding, objective control, non-flame attitude, team-player, actually uses constructive criticism that you may have, knows how to play every role decently-well. Weaknesses: Farming, average about 45-60cs by 20 as a tank in lane, usually around 50-65cs as midlaner unless winning lane, cannot use out-of-game communication due to lag spikes during games. Rank: Currently Bronze 2, (though during norms I get matched with silvers on my team, which probably means I'm with 1-2 silvers on the enemy team) my best champion (according to ranked games played) is Alistar. I am IP farming so I can buy a champion I like so I can practice and hopefully play in ranked after 1-2 weeks. Questions: Is it a major problem that I can't use out-of-game communication or will it be okay if we learn to communicate in-game well enough? Also I know I can make terrible plays at times, and would you be willing to try to assist me with fixing some of my mistakes?

IGN:Turbotbaggins Favorite Roles: Jungle-Support Strong Points: warding, objective control, non flame attitude, team-player, i can take any criticism about my weak points so that i can become a better player. Weaknesses: I tend to go in alone thinking i could get a kill but it turns out i cant, i tend to do a certain route when jungling and it causes for 1 lane to be ganked continuously. Can use any form of voice communication. Rank: Bronze 4,(been bouncing up and down with the bronze elo ladder, came out of provisionals into b1, than dropped down to b5, went back to b3 than back to b4), My best Champions for each role is, Xin zhao jungle, and Nautilus Support. saving up IP for Daina so i can start jungling with her.

Strong points: Warding, map awareness, non toxic attitude, team-player, can take constructive criticism, decent champ pool for all lanes

Weaknesses: Farming (depending on the champ and lane) Mid is my weakest. Sometimes i go in too ham.

Rank: Bronze 2, this is my first season playing ranked

Questions: Would we organize play and practice time?

IGN: ax850 Favorite Rolls: Adc,Mid, top, jungle, support (In order of like MOST to LEAST) Strong points: Good at mechanics :) Weaknesses: I am not good at objectives and the overall picture of the game, sure i can outplay but that doesn't win games :( Rank: Silver 1

IGN: Lissandra2UrHart (will be subject to change soon), some people like me, some don't, it's confusing Favorite Rolls: Support, Mid, Top, Jungle, Adc (In order of like MOST to LEAST) Strong points: Good communication, team fighting skills, likes to have and create a positive atmosphere, is all about teamwork, enjoys spending time with people, I try to make escape routes or help, likes to bully the opponent away Weaknesses: Pretty bad with top, adc, and jungle currently (trying to improve as I only do decently), no early kills without ganks sometimes if I'm a solo lane, doesn't take people fighting with their own team very well Rank: I remember being Silver 3 at the most for season 2, taking a hiatus, and now I'm all the way down in Bronze 4 after starting Bronze 2 as my teams just ended up fighting for some reason Questions: None right now
