TCD Esports (CompeteLeague Bronze/Silver Premiere) LF Head Coach and Analysts

Greetings! my name is Shawn and I'm the Mid laner of Team Chasing Dreams. TCD Is a Bronze/Silver low elo Competitive team and we are currently in Premier league of Compete League. Compete league is a LCS style tournament https://lol.competeleague.com/#/ This is a serious team that is looking for coaching staff / Analyst to help players improve.

Currently Need

**Head Coach and Analyst **

Head Coach Requirements

• Be on with the team every Practice ( We usually practice 4 times a week sometimes more )

• Come up with team comps that are meta and fit the players champion pool

• You must watch every Practice game we play take notes and explain to us what we did good/bad after game.

• Must be able to stream vods on twitch for the players to watch and deeply explain what we did wrong/right.

• You must help players improve whether its by watching their solo q games or costume games.

• Must have Discord and a good working mic

If you're accepted as the coach you're going to be telling us what to play and whats good / bad, But don't think its your team because you're the head coach, In other words know your place or get kicked.

Analyst Requirements

• Analyze the meta

• Help with Macro plays

*** Must be able to stream and go over Replays.**

• Must be on at least 4 times a week.

• Must have Discord and a good working mic

Keep in mind that this is a serious team and we're committed players therefor we need a committed coach and analyst that's going to be online when we're on and help us improve. If you are looking to be a coach / analyst for fun and just to fuck around this isn't the team.
