I played with a Riot Employee a couple days ago on ARAM, I don't even think I've played 999 games in total all together. Think if I added all my games total I'd have maybe 500 ish or so. Think it's just random, I dunno. They didn't say anything, so I didn't even notice till the end game screen and saw "Riot" in their name.
