Rito, Is it 99 wins or 999 wins to play with an employee from Rito?

I am at 99 wins and would like to see if the urban legend is true, and would love to take advantage of the opportunity should it be provided. Also how can I communicate to set up a time to play?

I don't understand how this works, but I do want to see if it does help me reach out to rito.

I've heard it's 999, and only heard one person say that. And that was yesterday. And I've been playing 3 years. So...

i didnt get my first game with a rioter till last month and that was after five years of playing regularly, and after posting on the boards about it so yeah :D gl
