Returning player looking for people to level with

Hi y'all. I began playing League back in season 2 and have since taken a long break from the game. I have occasionally tuned in to watch some of my favorite streamers but never considered picking up the game again, until now. A lot has changed in my absence and I figured it best to create a new account and begin the learning process all over again, but all my in-game friends have since moved on! That's where you come in.
