Creating ranked 5s team

I am currently Silver 3. Looking to create a team. I play adc or top. looking for players willing to rotate. I enjoy top but know i am far from the best but better than most. Other on my team is a strong mid but prefers to support. Looking for a jungler, mid and top laner that will rotate lanes based on comfort. I main adc Jinx, Corki and Caitlyn. Top I Irelia, Renekton and Gnar. Other on my team mids Syndra, Zed and Fizz. Support Thresh, Nami and Braum.
