Gold 1 Looking for Teammates to Complete Plat series

I'm in gold 1 and I have failed plat series twice now. I generally play solo with the rare occasion that I have a duo partner. I am a very flexible player who plays Mid, Support, Jungle and even top occasionally if I get a champ i'm confident with. I can play a variety of champs and I enjoy shot calling. As a support I like to play high engage champs, as a jungler I prefer to spend my time ganking for teammates, and as a mid laner I love to play assassins or mages. My last game in series that I failed was with with a solo player who was silver 1 (i'm gold 1) and he fed up a storm. I want to find chill people i can depend on that can expect the same from me.
