Plat 2(and climbing) Mid main looking for serious team, willing to play any role.

Hello, I am looking for a serious ranked 5's team that will play a lot and actually stick together to get better. I want a team that will join in tournaments and practice as much as possible. A team that communicates and just continuously improves.

I main mid lane, but if there is a ranked 5 team around the plat elo that needs a role filled, I was practice and learn that role and fill in the spot, even if its support. I just want a team that will practice and not quit after losing a couple of games.
