Need a team looking for a group to actually get better

Gold for last 3 seasons, but I seem to try to pull other people out of their silver/bronze stuff that I get stuck back in gold 5-3 so I want a group of people who are not looking to troll during solo/duo, or even 5s, an actually move up. I have played diamonds and they offer little fight to me in bot, but the rest of the players on team (top/mid) fail. I need a good group to play with.... Kinky rhydon in game
