Looking For A Team For Improvement

I'm currently gold 2 on my main account Mushisareta but I want to see what it is like to play with a team as I look for improvement. I am not toxic , can be very flexible, and want the experience of being in a team. Right now I'm going to play on my first smurf account which is silver 1 from promos. I'm hoping to get far and can play any role except mid efficiently, I am very good at shot calling, my mains are adc and top but I can gladly fill. I don't have many champions on this account but I have 1 for every role at least.
