Plat mid/adc/sup looking for a team or a group of players to play with

Looking for a team that plays frequently, mature (age doesn't matter, maturity does), and organized. Been apart of many teams, some successful while others die within a week after tilting for a couple of games. Teams that look to IMPROVE each other with criticism, not bash each other over mistakes is a must.

If you don't consider yourself a team, but rather a group of friends who has been playing with each other for a while looking to fill their 4man queue, I am open to that as well. More than welcome to add me and talk about it.
