LF Gold/Plat level Coach for serious Org

Hi everyone, my name is Magical Leoplurodon, or Erin if you'd prefer, and I am the eSports Coordinator for Virtual Extinction. I am looking for a serious Coach for my gold/plat team. We are currently the first place seed in the tournament we are participating in. My current coach for the team is transitioning into a new job, and won't be able to dedicate as much time or energy with the team. I am looking for a coach that has the time to sit and research the teams we are playing against, come up with picks and bans against these teams, and draft team comps that will benefit the team, both individually for their play styles, as well as for the synergy of the team.

Requirements: You MUST be over the age of 18. And you will have to attend at least 2 meetings, one with myself, as well as our administrator.

Have you coached before? If so, how long have you been coaching, what is your approach to coaching a team vs one-on-one, and what would you say your "specialty" is?

Do you have any professional references? This would be prior orgs you've worked with, or teams you've coached in the past that would give you a recommendation?

Because this would be a probationary position in the beginning, there wouldn't be any up front financial compensation other than tournament winnings. As time progresses, if the team continues to win and deemed appropriate by the leadership, a salary is negotiable.
