We will be seeking 2 subs, possibly 3. Your responsibilities will be:
-
We have requirements each week for our own personal play, and team play, while you will not be required to follow these requirements, the more you do the better chance you have of getting more play time, and even improving your individual skill.
-
Your number one job is to continually improve in order to push the starters to continually improve. You are the reason we won't get complacent.
-
Try to be as available as possible if you are needed to fill in for missing players.
-
Typically, we should be able to throw you into the mix and it not degrade our individual play by too much.
-
The rest is up to you. What you want to do, and how much effort you want to put in is up to you.
