Support main looking for serious team

Greetings, I'm a support main looking for a serious team to join and practice with. I realise I'm bronze level and thus many may consider me to be a "bad" player; however I believe that I can play at a top level, I am just lacking the experience of some of the higher level players. I am serious about getting better at the game and improve every single day.

I main Thresh and Morgana. My champion pool also includes Sona, Soraka, Nami, Janna, Blitzcrank, and Annie; however some of those I have not played on in months so I would need some time to get back into form with them. I am available any time for practice. I would appreciate any try-outs teams are willing to give me.
