Main Jungle - Platinum V - Skilz2kill - LF Ranked team for ward skins!

The title says it all.. I am Platinum V, I am looking for active ranked team to get like 4 more wins or so... I main jungle, then top, then mid, then supp, then adc... Pref to play top or jungle...
