I've had several experiences being on a ranked team . I love being on a team and really working together so we can win as many games as possible. I don't flame or bitch unless provoked. I've very level-headed. I'm good with taking good/bad criticism. I'm very vocal during games (i.e calling mias, spotting enemy champs nearby, semi-shot-calling, etc.)
