Gold ADC LF Team

I'm a fairly new ADC looking for a team. Ideally it'd be a team filled with players around Gold rank or higher. I know I have a lot to learn. I'm hoping being on a team with constant feedback will help me as a player.

I have most or all voice communication software. I still need to work on my communication. That will be a gradual process. I'd say my greatest weakness is my lane phase. I need to improve on my CSing and trading. Although I'm decent at both I am great at neither. My greatest strength is my positioning in Team Fights. I tend to do pretty well at staying in the back line and constantly putting damage out. I've had comps that dove me (Lee Sin, Wukong) but I am able to re-position and re-enter the fight.
