Plat 2 Jungler looking for Ranked 5's team

I've been playing league of legends since season 1 and have a pretty good understanding of the game. Over the past 2 years I have been playing on teams that haven't really done much and I am looking for that team that is willing to put in the time and play in tournaments to win some prizes. I was a shot caller for my most recent team and we had some success against some challenger teams such as Twist and Shout Fanfic and melondogs, but due to internal team conflicts we disbanded. I'm looking for some laid back players with a competitive mindset and a goal of wining and going as far as possible in the league community.

I understand that current rank is what matters the most, but understand I did peak at diamond 4 95 lp before the mmr bomb that came after master tier was put in place. I have plenty of experience in high elo and high stress situations and enjoy performing in those situations.
