Regardless of strengths of weaknesses first and foremost be ready to take and give out criticism. I'd like to rank up on this account but building synergy takes time and cooperation. I am willing to put in both. I request that you have a thick skin, I can be rather insulting sometimes with my advice/critic in terms of play style and decision making. I also request that you have the balls to return the insult and advice because I myself am not perfect. However, nobody gets better by just holding hands and staying silent. Improvement will come from us critiquing each other and building upon the changes we make accordingly.

I'm a 26 year old college graduate with a full-time job. I take to this game as a hobby that I would like to make into a job. I will not tell you I am Diamond league ELO even though it clearly says silver on my profile, you are what you are, but improvement is always something to strive for.
