I am a top laner with 2 accounts, both ranked plat 3 atm, who is looking to play ranked 5's

What I am looking for:
A team to play a couple nights a week a team who has other competitive non-toxic players. I am looking to join a team that will play for the long haul. not play for a week and call it a day.
