Apex Gaming Application

Apex Gaming is looking to create a new ranked team! We are a small (but growing) community of gamers who share a love for competitive gaming. We value team players and sportsmanship, and we hang out and play random games together even when we aren't having team practices. We have a teamspeak server and an active player base!

If you are looking for a stable ranked team, look no further than Apex Gaming. Our main squad has been playing together for almost 6 months, and has moved up an entire league. Apex Gaming offers you an opportunity to meet some cool and friendly people, play on a ranked team and compete in tournaments (if desired), and hone your league skills in an improvement-oriented environment.

Our requirements are pretty simple:

Have a level 30 LoL account, and a microphone/ headset
Be willing to invest time and effort into your ranked team
Be respectful to and open to critiques from your fellow teammates/ community members

Thanks so much for the replies! We prefer if you use the linked google form to apply though, it makes consolidating all of the applications a lot easier.

Your name was spelled correctly, thanks for checking in on that! We have over 15 applications and have not made any decisions yet. I'm only in charge of the logistics as far as posting and maintaining the application, the list of applicants will be evaluated by someone else and those that we select for tryouts will be contacted by Wednesday at the latest.

This is the first time i've seen anyone use anything with the meyers-briggs classification. Got any numbers on the majority of people that know of and have put it down?

I'll share a few data points since you asked!

50%-67% of applicants list at least 1 Myers-Briggs classification
Of those, about 50% list either INTP or INTJ which is significantly higher than expected
Number two points toward one of several conclusions 3a. People who apply for teams and are willing to fill out lengthy applications are significantly more likely to fit those type classifications 3b. People are simply copying one of the two type indicators I identified with in the description of the question.
Assuming 3a is correct: Only the third letter (Thinking/ Feeling) has a close to 50/50 split.

Note: The sample size is small, so the data may be skewed.

You can learn a surprising amount about a person based on whether or not that put down their Myers-Briggs type and what type they list. However, the Myers-Briggs question is not one that is heavily weighted in terms of overall value to the application.
