Looking to Create and Coach Silver/Gold Ranked 5's team

Hi all, my names Cal OP, I am a high plat support main and I am looking to get into coaching league. I am looking to start a team of silver to low gold players to get myself some experience coaching a team and also to help improve some dedicated lower elo players at the same time. ALL ROLES ARE CURRENTLY OPEN. If you are interested, please fill out the basic information below and ill give you a tryout. The tryout will consist of me spectating a game, followed by a brief interview. I will be back on at 11 am today PST to begin.

Do you plan on adding everyone and trying them out, or just picking names from a hat? Also, judging by the age range of everyone posting, we likely all work full time jobs. Is that an issue in your eyes?

For those wondering, I plan to go down this list adding in order and giving tryout in order. I hope to have a team put together by Tomorrow evening but we'll see how it goes. As for work schedules, I am available every week day for the rest of July from 11-3 at the minimum depending on my own work schedule. However if this doesn't work for the majority of the team, we can try to figure something else out.
