Creating Bronze to Diamond Team To Train Low Elo Players

Looking for players who are willing to improve greatly, have a good work ethic, listen to instructions, and take good constructive criticism. Every time we rank up, I will reward the team with another addition to make the team for serious and organized. We will play a lot each week, working on team play, and well as duoing, or playing in normals to work on individual skills.

Weaknesses: understand what needs to be done in a game but I often get distracted/tunnel vision. Only decent map awareness but have been trying to improve and have gotten better. Also not unlimited time to play. TS or Skype? Have had trouble on my computer with ts but can try and resolve but have skype also have curse.

Srengths: The ability and attitude to improve I have alot of room to grow in the jungle allowing me to pick up champs for the team.

Weaknesses: I do get impatient leading me to get frustrated i recently have seen this and i do my best to not be impatient.
