Adc LF Team

Hi, i'm an Adc that is looking for a serious team to play on. I'm looking for a team that would practice at least 2 times a week, more is fine. Flex/Scrims are fine as well. My main account peaked plat 3, it is now banned because i used to be toxic and type a lot. I am now a better and non toxic player that is looking to play with a team and improve together. My smurf-(now my main) is now gold 2, peaked gold 1, i'm looking to climb this season and get out of this ditch that i am in. I prefer the lowest rank on the team should be me at gold 2.
