Looking for SERIOUS 5s team!

I main mid and been trying to form a team of serious 5s team who take it serious and wanna go all the way to the top but everytime i get people together they play a couple games and quit but what they dont understand is that you cant win every game or when u form a new team your not automatically gunna stop every one it takes practice together and time ONLY RESPOND TO THIS OR ME IF YOUR SERIOUS OR IF U HAVE A OPEN MID LANE FOR YOUR TEAM!
