Recruiting for Ranked 3's, looking to achieve platinum or diamond.

Hi my name is Thewaikingbread and I am a plat 4 league of legends player. Im looking to get a ranked 3s team that will be able to achieve a high rank. I want to try to have people who are willing to get better and are familiar with the 3s map. If you are gold and higher add me, and I will have 10 people in this ranked team so there will be a lot of options if anyone if offline and to get as many matches in as possible, play as a team and learn from each other. Skype is recommended if I'm playing but if you guys are playing on your own, any form of skype is completely fine.
