Diamond 3 adc LF any rank team

As riot had brought back ranked 5s, I'm looking for a team with any ranked players to play on, i can play either seriously and try to get a high-rank team or i can play and teach people how to get better while playing ranked 5s or just have some fun. I'm an adc main, my top 3 champs are lucian, vayne, ezreal. I'm working on my cait and tris.
