Making a ranked team

I plan on making a ranked team that will be serious. Looking for dedicated players who are willing to learn and improve and grow as a group. I want to have the team play together and get used to each other so that we can do tournaments and we are all comfortable with each other and can trust each other. I'm an ADC main so not really looking for an ADC. Need a Top, Supp, Mid, Jungle.

I have done competitive play on the Xbox 360 and have lead teams so I know what it's like to be in a very competitive community.
