Hello im LaMarcusAldridge Manager/Owner of Influxe Gaming, Little about myself, I placed top 16 CLCS with Portland State In Season 3, Ive Coached Various Diamond Teams Over the course of my Career, Now I've Decided to Make a team and help put a solid 5 group together and Try to Build a Brand (Merchandise Etc) and try to get to the Challenger Series, Team Currently Has 2 Sponsors So now it comes down to me putting the Team Together.

-----Basic Information about the team-----

Looking to play during the afternoon / evening. As early as 5pm as late as 1am finishing PST. We will talk about dates on which we will practice as we get a set 5 together. I expect people to be mature people. Therefore you must be at least 17 years of age to apply to the team. In addition, by applying for this team you should demonstrate complete dedication and loyalty to this team. This team has goals of competing in tournaments and also committing time to being the best it can be as a unit , while also growing individually. When starting this team I would ask that players( those applying ) to have flexible schedules. Due to the fact, we all have lives outside of Summoner's Rift I would ask everyone to be open with their schedules until we work out set practices times that work with all of the players once the roster is confirmed. There will be practices at least 3 or 4 days out of the week. THIS IS A SPONSORED AND SUPPORTED TEAM Once a Roster is set I Will go into More Detail With the Chosen. With that being said, a level of serious and professionalism will come with joining this team. However with the proper performance from the team this could turn into a huge opportunity for all of the players and staff. I the team captain would like to start the application/ tryout process as soon as possible.

-----Requirements for people applying for Player positions on the team-----

  1. Must be 18 years of age or older
  2. Plat 1 or Higher
  3. Must be willing to download any chat program the team decides to use (Skype, TS, Curse, or Raidcall)
  4. Must attend at least 4/5 practices during the week
  5. Must be able to communicate effectively with team members
  6. Must be able to vocalize any issues you are having with game play
  7. Must play a decent amount of solo/duo queue during off days
  8. Must effectively aim to broaden champ pool based on team comp needs.
  9. Must be able to both give and take criticism in a constructive manner
  10. Must be able to work with coaching staff to effectively improve game play
  11. Should be capable of shot calling (will strengthen chances of making team) (Interview will be conducting before any final decisions are made )

-----Things that will not be tolerated-----

-Bullying -Raging during practices -Blaming a whole game on one person's mistake -Making Team mates feel uncomfortable -Racism -BM towards any enemy team

  • Hateful messages -Missing excessive practices (without legitimate reasons) -Missing tournaments (without legitimate reasons) -Arguing with Coaching staff ( Constructive discussions are completely different)
  • Arguing with shot callers decisions in the middle of games (Breaking these rules can result in immediate removal from the team)

What do you expect from the team: Don't get mad when i picking on every mistake they made in game Any Extra information I should know about: I played for 2 rank team as top laner and for one of them i moved to coach position after more player joined. Any Questions you might have: Do I have to take over coach position if there are no one apply for it? Even though I have coaching experience but I don't fill like my personality is good for being a coach.

Main Account Name: Fred Vegas Age: 20 Location: Virginia (EST) Summoner Name: Fred Vegas Rank This Season: D3 Rank Last Season: D2 Primary Role: ADC Champion Pool For Main Role: All ADCS When are you available: As of now any day of week, will be starting a job soon but I can create my schedule around the teams needs What do you consider to be your strengths: A LOT of experience playing in tournaments playing against high level opponents including beating Lyon Gaming, who attended dreamhack and other tournaments in the past What do you consider to be your weaknesses: I typically prefer to be playing a carry ADC so I sometimes get frustrated when I'm on a more supportive adc and not getting as much farm but I never take my frustration out on my team Why are you looking for a team: Looking to grow as a player and compete at the highest level possible Comfort Shot calling (on a scale of 1-10, 1 =being weak ; 10= being strong ): 7/8 What do you expect from your team mates: Complete dedication to the team and motivated to improve as fast as possible Any extra information you would like to give: I have experience being a primary and secondary shot caller and I tend to get along with all personality types so I'm usually good at diffusing any negative situations that may come from losing games or people just being frustrated with something. Any questions that you have: First question is what exactly will the coach and analyst be providing to the team? In the past I've played with teams/organizations that claim to have coaches and analysts however they have usually been just people who are interested in filling those positions but have no experience. I'm fine with coaches not having experience yet but in the past they have tended to just state things we as players are already aware of and can handle ourselves rather than actually providing us with useful information. Second question is you plan to have us play in tournaments; will these all be online or will their be some LANs? If there are LANs you plan to have us attend, will transportation be provided? Assuming this is a pacific time based team I would think that if we were attending LANs they would be on the west coast and I'm on the east coast. I have a lot of free time due to taking this semesterand depending on how serious and successful this team is early on I could potentially move or take the next semester off since we will have about 3-5 months before the next school semester starts. My last question would be about sponsorships but you stated in the post that you will explain in more detail later.
