Looking to make a serious 5's team (Silver-Gold pref)

Hello, I'm Stro02 and I am a Silver 5 mid lane main. I know that most teams in this elo never pan out like they are said to be. I am going to try my hardest to build, maintain, and work with this team. I am looking to hold practices, join tournaments, and have scrims often. I actually want to keep the team together, so please only members that are committed to staying on a team. Going to mainly run the team through a Discord channel, so the team can have a constant place to go to see news. I will try my best to meet all of the people that sign up for the team, but it may take time. I plan on finalizing the team on Saturday the 21st. So if there is a late response I can still try to work a tryout in. Also I am not accepting the most skilled players if they lack on teamwork, communication, and how they work within the team. I want the team to get close on a personal level as well as a team level. The following roles are available:
