Creating a Ranked 5v5 team.

I just want to make a team of nice people that will be able to work together and win games. This is not the most serious team but I'd like to see how it would go because I have never tried to lead a team before. For voice I prefer Skype over anything because of my personal setup, I do not have a mic working on my PC. I only want team members that are not occupied during the day, and can play seriously. I am no longer in school so I'm active a lot. I live on East coast, I'm posting this at 7:18 PM. The roles are all open. This team has no name and currently consists of two players including myself.
