Need a commited ranked 5 team

Hello i am a silver adc and want to get a team going. I need for them to be around silver or gold and will be on daily to solo q and duo q and to ranked 5s we will discuss the times and everything there will be mini tryouts but if ur around there and are commited to try then thats good enough for me.
