LF Top and Support G+ Serious Team

Im starting a new competitive team and hope to get started by the start of the new season. This team will have a coach/analyst ready when the team has solidified and I plan to bring the team into tournaments once the team has reached a certain goal (most likely a goal in ranked 5's and a few comps we feel we can run comfortably). We play just about every night except Tuesday (off day for us to solo/duo q, some individual practice and overall a mental day) and start the practices around 8-9pm est. We use skype for the time being but may branch to a different voice comm later down the road. If this interests you then please fill out the application and I will add you after.

Weakness: sometimes im just to aggressive and push to hard and I am my biggest villian i am very critical of myself. I sometimes get lost in the game forget to get vocal calls but thats rare its just when i really have to focus in a fight and make sure the backline is safe or has time to work.

Can you use voice comms?: yes and i have a working mic Why should we pick you?: I can bring a verteran mind set to the team ive played since season 2 and im calm and collected I dont rage i dont get toxic. Im always trying to improve Why are you interested in the team?: You seem very well put together and thats what i want Anything else you want to tell us about yourself: I think my only big challenge will be making it on time for games. Mondays and Thursdays I work till 9pm EST so thoose are the only days that really would be a problem for me. wednesdays rarely but i do some community work twice a month other than that im on all the time and im only daily just various start times

This naturally makes me a more vocal person who excels at mid to late game shotcalling. I like to roam and make plays with my jungler, which makes my laning questionable since i roam often. Strengths and Weaknesses:

Strengths: I am a strong communicator, always maintaining map awareness, positioning. Weaknesses: I sometimes try to make plays that I shouldn't or where not necessary.

Can you use voice comms?: Yes

Why should we pick you?: I have been apart of an Amateur Series Team as well as a ESL LAN Tourney team, so I am aware of what is required of me as a player and person. I have dedicated myself completely to practicing, building chemistry. I'm able to take criticism well, as well as work on improving in the areas that I may be lacking.

Why are you interested in the team?: I am interested in being apart of a well structured team who is wanting to dedicate time to working together in practices. I am always looking to improve myself as a player and a person, so what better way than with a team of committed like minded players?

Anything else you want to tell us about yourself: Well I am an Retired Army Veteran, I've been playing competitively in multiple games since 2007 from Halo2/3 and most recently now LoL. I come off strong to others, but that is just my personality I mean no harm.
