Looking for help and new friends

I know a lot of you probably see posts like this and think.....oh look another noob :p

I started playing league about a year ago. After learning more about the game the first few months of playing I decided to start maining support, it felt the most comfortable for me.

I decided to start playing ranked very recently. My placements werent the best(2/10) and i ended up in bronze 1(couldve been much worse). People always suggest looking up opponents before a ranked game to get an idea of what you are against. I mostly am always against silver 2 -5 players which makes me a little nervous sometimes cause i feel like i'm the scrub of the 10.(ive stopped doing this cause it just made me too nervous)

I main sona btw/but i have been trying to learn nami more cause i really like her kit.

I guess the main point of this post is i am looking for someone to help me get the next tier and also help me improve (tell me more on what i need to improve on). And i mean by friendly helpful advice, not raging about how i'm useless.

I'm also just looking for a few new friends to play games with/ talk with after games. I guess it doesnt matter if you are diamond 1 smurf or not. I'm just looking for someone to help me improve who has good a mount of experience and knowledge to share.
