LF for top/mid/jungle and team is silver want to make it higher

So looking for a top/jungle/mid for my team. The older players have stopped playing league so I'm looking to create another team or pick up where we left off. I would prefer if you are at least silver 3+ but will consider a lower rank. I play adc and I'm gold 3 and my support is silver 3. You must have ts or skype. You need to be able to come on regularly.
