LF Silver+ Member for 3v3 Ranked

I'm looking one or two people to play 3v3 ranked casually. At the moment we're not taking things too seriously, its just for fun, but we are working toward getting the ward skins for ranked team and hopefully pushing to Gold. Current I have a full team but one person is usually never on to play, both my friend and I are ranked in Silver I and IV. We live in the East Coast so take the time zone difference into consideration. Voice communication is essential, but not required. Skype and curse voice are the main programs we use to communicate.
