LAN to Challenger with me NA D5 + Only!

I recently transferred my smurf to NA! I am currently Diamond 3 on my main on NA.

I transferred my smurf on LAN for hopes of better ping and to get a challenger jacket / border as it is much easier to do this in LAN!
