D5 Mid LF Team

Hello friends, Hyphe here! As the title suggests I'm a mid laner looking for a semi-serious to serious team to join. Now that summer is over and I'm about to head back to college, I would like to find a team to stick with. Preferably a Plat+ team just so basic mechanics are there but as long as cohesion and dedication are there, I'm game. I'm trying to find a team to play regularly and grow with. I'll be glad to try out first in whatever way via gameplay/interview/etc. Would like a mature team with friendly people where we can all take and give critiques constructively.
