LF Dedicated and Flexible Top laner for tourney team. Plat + please

My team and I are looking for a top lane player to play on our tourney team. We're trying to practice a minimum of 4 times a week. We'll be playing in a tournament very shortly. October 3rd-4th. We would prefer someone to be as willing as possible to play what we would need for a comp to work, which is why the title asks for a 'Flexible' top laner. We already have every role and everyone gets along great. Please post the following -

-Plat 3 -PST -I have a lot of 5's experience and tournament experience from a players point of view and from a managerial point of view so I know what it takes to win and be successful. I understand the top lane and everything it entails, have experience in the top lane, have a wide variety of champions to play, and am up to date with the changing meta.

-Plat 5 -PST -Easy going, always willing to learn new champs and take criticism well. I always take a lot of time to research everything about all champions and see whose in the meta and who isn't as strong. I play every lane except ADC, so I have a good understanding how everyone works together.

-Plat 4 -EST -I work well with others. I see every ones point of view and hope they take mine into consideration as well when making decisions. I understand the importance of a shot caller and in a game never to make calls unless it makes your team aware of something happening (ganks, people using summs etc). In practice you can work on different communication but in a serious game the shot caller calls the shots no matter what anyone else on the team feels about it because you need to make those real quick decisions without arguing about it. So if the shot caller says it you do it so it happens instantly. You can only better yourself, blaming others is not an option. Either work on what you yourself can do better or try to communicate better to your team as to what you need. Constructive criticism is key to bettering a team and yourself. I feel a good team should be critical of each other to overall better the team. But you have to be able to take it to give it so everyone on the team must be on the same level. While you might think this is a bad thing, my lissandra is actually extremely good and infact probably high diamond tier atm. Whats great is that anyone who looks at my profile thinks i'm a midlaner by default, giving me a nice bit of trickery. I can proficiently play Lissandra, Gnar, Irelia and even Yasuo at a diamond level, and probably malphite and hecarim at a decent platinum level. **Current winrate on Lissandra does not accurately reflect performance with her. I was 3/9 with her at the beginning of the season when I didn't know how to play her, and I just recently picked her up again and am playing at a MUCH higher performance. I have a pretty positive w/r over the last couple weeks.

Also on my other plat 2 account (IGN: Lonian) i'm 7/2 with liss and 7/3 with gnar

-Plat 4 -EST -Made and been in countless teams for Top or Jungle. Achieved first place in two professional tourneys. Able to shotcall from Top lane. Watch LCS and been playing this game for over 3 years. Plays all Top lane champs and not only Rengar. Climbed from season reset's Gold 5 to Plat 5 in 2 weeks, before going to China for vacation and unable to play for 2months.
