[LFM] Need a support for a ranked 5's team (Gold/Plat)

Hi, I'm Lucas, or Example Lucas in LoL. I'm a (Currently) Gold 5 Jungle main looking for serious but chill players to start a ranked team with. It has no name yet, because I want that to be something that the whole team decides on.

First I'll say a little bit about myself - I've been playing league since the end of Season 3, and climbed from Bronze 5 to Gold 5 this season. My personal goal is to get to diamond by the end of next season (Climb 2 leagues each season). I used to main support last season, and now main AP junglers such as and . Outside of league, I'm an amateur digital artist, and make speedpaint videos on youtube. I like to think I'm a really chill person, and I always remain positive, even in the face of defeat. I've been practicing my shot calling, and plan on being the primary shot caller of the team, however, I am not perfect, and will need to practice with the team. I am a competitive person, but very relaxed if someone doesn't play well. This doesn't mean that if you feed every game that you won't be kicked off the team - I desperately want to avoid doing that, but I will do what needs to be done for the better of the team.

Now let's talk about the team - I'd like to focus on 5v5's, but if anyone on the team wants to do 3v3's you have the liberty to do so, as it's not the primary focus of the team. Once we get 5 out of possible 8 members and all 5 roles are filled, we will determine the name for the team. The plan is to practice as much as possible in normal drafts throughout the rest of this season and the preseason, and make a run up the ladder in Season 6. Currently I am not accepting anyone under the rank of Gold 5, or anyone above the rank of Plat 1. If we get placed below Gold, the team will determine if we should attempt to climb from where we are or scrap the team and play our promotionals again. If we get placed in Gold or above, we will 100% keep the team and attempt to climb. Should anyone leave the team at any time for any reason, a forum will be posted on the boards to attempt to find a replacement, unless we currently have a sub for their position, whom then will assume the position of the member who left, if they wish to.

I want to always have a clean and fun team environment, toxicity will not be tolerated, and if you are toxic more than once, we will have a talk, and I will determine if you get kicked off of the team or not.

If you wish to join, add me on League, and we will play a few games to see how you do and how you act. We now only need a support, but if you wish to try out for a sub position, you may. 1 sub position is open. If things go well, you will be put on a list of people who tried out for the role. If you end up being the best person in the tryouts for your role, and you get accepted to the team, you will be added to the roster and your spot will be safe as long as you're active on league and are not toxic. If you get put on the list but end up not being accepted, you will be PM'd with a notification, and if you were 2nd best, possibly offered a spot as a sub.
