Silver Looking for Duo/5s AND COACHING

I am currently looking for friends to duo/5s but also to have fun aswell. I am also looking for a coach because I am always looking to improve. I think i have decent game knowledge but my Champion Pool lacks alot. I am always critical of my CS cause I know it can always improve. I own most every champion but only play a few. Im trying to find my place currently I tried adc during last season but not having a duo I didn't like.
