Looking to make 5person team for ranked/casual games

Hey there I am looking to recruit/make a team with some people. Its not just a team for me but it would be a group of people (it canl be more than 5) the point is to be able to play 5 man ranked matches. I often play late at night after 11pm pacific time. Thats usual the time I am online and able to play dedicated matches. Anyone interested in forming a little community simply add me and we'll go from there.
