Looking for silver team-MUST BE PLANNING TO BE SERIOUS

Okay i am a ADC-MID main, I am looking for a serious silver team.

what I mean by a serious team is, you plan to do ranked as a team, plan to practice every night or atleast 3-4 times during the week and play on the weekends, I also hope the team will be able to play in tournaments, and join a league for low elo players. team must be willing to get a coach if possible.

I am currently silver 5, however I jump between Silver 5-Silver 1, I have been gold 5 3 times this season, but sadly i wasnt good enough to stay in it.
