Looking for serious Bronze/silver team or due partner

I am currently bronze 2 solo ranked Looking to join a team or looking for someone to increase in duo/solo ranked with. i mainly play ADC (trist/ashe) although i can play supp (blitz/sona) but pref ADC. For my duo partner i would like someone who is supp or ADC we can switch back and forth :D. Im looking for a team to learn and grow with so maturity is a must! no ragers pls :) also a team that plays regularly!! is also a must since im on almost everyday. I am a mature and respectful gamer and would love to find other to grow my skills in league with all while enjoying the game play of league of legends. i do have skype and a good quality mic, which is a must for a due or ranked team. please let me know :D
