Recruiting for ranked 5's team | Gold/plat+ | Long Term Team

What this teams about: I'm not looking for a group of people i'm gonna play with every once and a blue moon. I'm looking for people who are on most days and can spend time with both the team and a duo partner (someone from the team) practicing and trying to get better as a team so we can become great. I'm not asking for anyone to make any type of set schedule to play with the team but i do require you to be on most days to play. This team is also very much about giving constructive criticism. If your not down to have one of us or the team basically tell you what you did wrong and what you can do better, Than please don't reply. We aim to get better as individuals and a team to better ourselves. We are also about having fun. We may give each other crap or joke around in queue lobbies or whenever the game isn't going or in blind. We most importantly want this team to last.

Required to join:

Must have a mic and skype

Gold/Plat+ (High silvers who can prove themselves to be above a gold level may be able to join. But in general we prefer golds)

Time to play with the team 3-4 hours most days
